At Celestra Designs, each item is carefully created with attention to detail and made to order wherever possible. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and this policy outlines how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled.


1. Custom & Personalised Orders

Due to the personalised nature of custom products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Custom wedding invitations
  • Personalised stationery
  • Vinyl decals with custom names/logos
  • Bespoke design work
  • Custom printed items
  • Made-to-order décor

Once design proofs have been approved and production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.


2. Design Proof Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs carefully before printing or production.

Celestra Designs is not responsible for:

  • Spelling mistakes
  • Incorrect dates or addresses
  • Grammar errors
  • Colour differences caused by screen settings

After approval is received, the order will proceed to production exactly as approved.


3. Non-Custom Products

For eligible non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • Packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • A brief description

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • Or a refund where appropriate

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.


6. Colour & Material Variations

Please note:

  • Printed colours may vary slightly from what appears on screen
  • Handmade and printed products may have small variations in texture or finish

These are considered normal and are not treated as defects.


7. Digital Products & Design Services

Digital files, downloadable products, and completed design services are non-refundable once delivered.
