Step 1 — Place Your Enquiry

Submit your enquiry with your preferred design, wording, quantities, and event details.


Step 2 — Design & Prototype

Once your order is confirmed, we will create a physical prototype/sample for approval before full production begins. Please note price will cover two prototypes to be sent there will be an additional charge.

This allows you to review:

  • Layout & wording
  • Colours & finishes
  • Materials & overall design

Step 3 — Approval

After you are fully satisfied with your design and approve the final proof/prototype, production will begin.

Please note:

  • Production cannot begin until approval is received
  • Any delays in approval may affect turnaround times

Step 4 — Handcrafted Production

All orders are handcrafted and carefully assembled to ensure the highest quality finish.

Our standard production timeframe is approximately:

4–6 Weeks

depending on:

  • order size
  • customisation
  • specialty finishes
  • seasonal demand

Rush orders may be available upon request.


Step 5 — Packaging & Delivery

Once completed, your order will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipping.

Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

  • Final approval is the client’s responsibility before printing begins
